Gwynnie Bee joins 5 Penn Plaza roster

CBRE announced that online clothing subscription service Gwynnie Bee will relocate to 28,977 s/f of office space across the entire fourth floor at Five Penn Plaza.

The CBRE team of Peter Turchin, Jason Pollen and David Caperna represented the landlord, Haymes Investment Company, in the deals. Asking rent for the high end pre-built space was $70 psf
Gwynnie Bee followed Puma into the building. The sportwear brand justsigned a 10-year lease, securing almost 30,000 s/f at the 24-story Midtown office building.

“The addition of Puma and Gwynnie Bee speaks volumes to the diversity of the tenant base at Five Penn Plaza and to the direction that building ownership continues to move in attracting top-tier companies to the property,” said Turchin of CBRE.

Jim Wenk and Kirill Azovtsev of JLL represented Puma. Robin Fisher and Christie Bennett ff NKF represented Gwynnie Bee .
