DONE DEALS: Social media strategy sells Park Slope home

When a Brooklyn For Sale By Owner client couldn’t sell their renovated Park Slope Brownstone for $1.899 million, Corcoran agent Danielle Nazinitsky stepped up to the plate.

She beat out 30 other agents to win the listing – and closed at ask within 45 days.

“I think it’s worthwhile for a seller to hire a broker who is going to treat selling their biggest asset as a full-time job,” said Nazinitsky.

She believes she won the listing by differentiating herself. “I created custom digital marketing strategies on Facebook and Instagram and … emphasized how important it is to have one point person to ensure all questions and communication lines are clear and transparent. I fully service clients and am available to talk or meet at any time of the day. Like a concierge real estate service provider.”

It was a local family who bought 223 Prospect Avenue, looking to use its rental unit to help offset the mortgage costs. Both sides were repped by Corcoran.

“My clients said I worked the hardest for the listing,” added Nazinitsky.
