Convene, a WeWork competitor, has doubled down on their RXR Realty Partnership with two new locations.
The flexible work and meeting space company announced a 116,000 s/f lease at 530 Fifth Avenue and 28,000 s/f at the recently re-opened 75 Rockefeller Plaza, both owned by RXR.
The two properties mark the third and fourth locations in the partnership between RXR and Convene, the others being 237 Park Avenue in Midtown East and 32 Old Slip in the South Street Seaport.
Convene will take up four floors at 530 Fifth Avenue, its largest location to date. It will rent that space to companies ranging from 10 to 100 employees. The flexible office provider also opened the doors to the 31st and 32nd floors of 75 Rockefeller Plaza, which recently went through a $150 million renovation. The 32nd floor of the building will be designed as Convene’s membership-only work and social club.

Convene is building on its momentum from earlier this summer when it raised $152 million in venture capital in July, bringing its totaling to $260 million of equity funding to date.
