Massey leases office from Skyline Development

B6 Real Estate Advisors, an investment sales and capital advisory firm led by Paul J. Massey, Jr, has signed a 12,000 s/f lease at Skyline Development’s 1040 Avenue of the Americas.

The full-floor space will serve as the firm’s headquarters and national base of operations, allowing Massey and his team to launch operations throughout the summer.

Bill Montana, Senior Managing Director at Savills Studley, represented B6 Real Estate Advisors in the transaction; William Cohen, Vice Chairman of Newmark Knight Frank, represented the landlord.

“Having B6 Real Estate Advisors formally established in our new headquarters is an important milestone as we continue to build our team in both New York and New Jersey,” said Massey. “The space, which features an open floor plan with an abundance of bright light streaming in through the windows, will effectively support and enhance our collegial, collaborative, connected and technology-forward culture. I am grateful to Bill Montana for finding such a perfect space for us and working tirelessly to close the transaction on our behalf.”

Officially launched on July 1, 2018, B6 Real Estate Advisors, a name inspired by its Building by Building, Block by Block approach, combines Territory Network expertise with a transparent data
and technology-forward platform.

The firm is initially launching operations in New York City and New Jersey. B6 Real Estate Advisors will take occupancy at 1040 Avenue of the Americas on July 30, 2018.

1040 Avenue of the Americas is a 25-story, 276,000 s/f Class A office building, located at West 40th Street. The Art Deco-designed tower was constructed in 1925 and was recently renovated with a new lobby and elevator cabs. The building also features key card access, a lobby attendant, onsite security and boasts Gold LEED certification.
