Healthcare giant inks 115,000 s/f office deal as part of new vision for company

Newmark Knight Frank (NFK) represented RWJ Barnabas in executing a 114,888 s/f lease at 2 Crescent Place in Oceanport, NJ.

The building’s ownership was represented by John Krok of Byron Real Estate Company, Inc. while NKF vice chairman and COO of the New Jersey office, David Simson, represented the tenant.

RWJ Barnabas is New Jersey’s largest integrated healthcare delivery system as well as a leader in research, education and health information. The new Oceanport facility offers a complete work environment upgrade and ushers in a new vision for the company and its employees.

Located near the intersection of Route 35 and 36 with access to all major highways, the property’s amenities include a courtyard, on-site management, food service and parking.
