Soho Strength Lab sign lease for second location in Nolita

Boutique gym Soho Strength Lab is flexing its muscle in Manhattan. The brand is branching out to a second location on Spring Street.

The company signed a seven-year lease for 3,000 s/f at 39 Spring Street in Nolita, according to David Gomez of landlord Fountain Realty. Gomez said the tenant paid $290 p/s/f. Gomez also signed an additional ground-floor tenant at the building for a seven-year lease, Paris-based eyewear company VAURNET, at $405 p/s/f.

Ravi Idnani and Andrew Stern of RKF represented Soho Strength Lab in the lease.

VAURNET will occupy the street-facing ground floor space, with 1,400 s/f, while Soho Strength Lab will occupy a rear space with 2,100 s/f. Both spaces have 17 foot ceilings and open floorplans.

39 Spring is by far the most well-known and historic retail space in Nolita. They loved the history, high ceilings, exposed brick and dramatic glass facade,” said David Gomez, of landlord Fountain Realty, of Soho Strength Lab.

Soho Strength Lab opened its first location on Mulberry Street in 2013.
