Prescriptive Data, a subsidiary of Rudin Management Company (RMC), has launched a new mobile application designed to enhance the workplace experience for tenants.
NANTUM Tenant Fractal App is the latest extension of Prescriptive Data’s smart building operating system.
The app is designed to act as a “passport” and allow users to manage guests, expedite security and access control, reserve conference rooms and shared amenity spaces all from their personal smartphones.
NANTUM TFA will also provide real-time local transit updates, as well as building-wide alerts and notifications.
The app will let tenants do everything from control their own heat and air to order food from a vendor.
And it will learn the habits of tenants to speed up service and offer recommendations.
At the same time, the app provides owners, operators, and managers of real estate, as well as enterprise tenant facilities managers, with real-time insights into the usage patterns of employees within tenant spaces.

The development of the new app follows the launch of NANTUM Building OS, which was introduced to the market in summer 2016.
Designed to function as the “brain” of a property, NANTUM collects information from building systems to maintain optimal conditions with the most efficient use of energy.
Currently, Rudinis using NANTUM in 19 of its commercial and residential properties in New York City.
According to Rudin, the system is delivering persistent energy savings of $5.5 million per year.
