Douglas Elliman brokers Darren Sukenik and Benjamin Glazer just closed on a nearly $8 million Greenwich Village co-op.
The three-bed, three-bath apartment at 7 East 9th Street sold for the same as its asking price, $7.95 million, after less than a month on the market.
“We cultivated an incredibly targeted and effective marketing plan, which was incredibly effective,” Glazer said. “The property went into contract after less than a month on the market.”
The apartment had been gutted by its previous owner to showcase ceilings of upto 25 ft, multiple fireplaces, and two outdoor spaces that can be used for entertaining guests.
According to the agents, the buyer is “a prominent New York family” represented by Corcoran agent Jay Glazer.
