SL Green announced that men’s apparel retailer, UNTUCKit, has signed a 11-year, 14,793 s/f lease at the SoHo Building, also known as 110 Greene Street.
The company is expanding its corporate headquarters by 3,109 s/f.
“The SoHo Building is a magnet for creative businesses. The building’s prime location is surrounded by some of the city’s best shopping, restaurants and nightlife. We’re thrilled to work with UNTUCKit to satisfy its on-going corporate growth,” said Steve Durels, director of leasing at SL Green.
The 13-story, 220,000-square-foot Class-A office building is located in the center of SoHo, attracting fashion and media office tenants such as Nylon Magazine, Manhattan Portage and Brant Publications.
Cushman and Wakefield’s Daniel Organ represented UNTUCKit in the transaction.
