The buyer will be one of the first residents in the first residential project from by the Parisian design firm Cabinet Alberto Pino.
The design firm is best know for its work with royal families of Saudi Arabia and Qatar, billionaire John Malone, owner of Formula One, and French President Emmanue Macron. Most recently the firm handled the renovation for the Lanesborough Hotel in London.
