Ignitia’s 17,000-square-foot co-working space, located on the ground floor of 1000 Dean, will be primarily private for teams up to 10 people. Additionally Ignitia will offer lounge and dedicated desk memberships. The space will offer an array of professional amenities including conference rooms, high speed internet, street level access and private indoor and outdoor space for just $450 per month. Inigitia plans to open the space in Summer 2017.

“The launch of Ignitia Office is yet another example of why 1000 Dean is the place to be for Central Brooklyn’s professional and creative community,” said Don Capoccia, Principal at BFC Partners, a co-owner of 1000 Dean. “We are proud to be at the forefront of Brooklyn’s burgeoning commercial office landscape and we are committed to providing an unmatched experience for every tenant.”

“Prime space, an incredible building and a vibrant neighborhood all make 1000 Dean the perfect home for our first premium co-working space,” said Josh Bobrowsky, CEO of Ignitia Office “We are excited to provide an exceptional customer service experience and pair it with an excellent location that includes high ceilings, open floor plan, brilliant skylights and a creative ecosystem anchored by the Berg’n beer hall.”

Other major tenants at 1000 Dean include A&E Network, D’Addario and Berg’n, a 9,000-square-foot food and beer hall operated by the founders of Smorgasburg.

“The diversity of our tenants is what makes 1000 Dean’s creative ecosystem so strong,” said Marc Agger, a partner at Brownstoner Development, a co-owner of 1000 Dean. “Ignitia’s innovative co-working approach and amenities will be outstanding additions to our thriving and fast-growing community.”
