Talent agency ICM Partners takes 35,000 s/f at Park Avenue Tower

Equity Office announce the lease signing of its newest tenant and one of the world’s largest talent and literary agencies – ICM Partners – within luxury Midtown office building, Park Avenue Tower.

ICM Partners signed a 15-year lease to occupy in excess of 35,000 s/f on the 12th and 14th floors of the building, located between 55th and 56th Streets on Park Avenue.

The new space — currently being built out to ICM’s specifications — is slated for a late Spring 2017 completion.

Originally founded in 1975, ICM Partners has offices in New York, Los Angeles, and London. The agency represents creative and technical talent in the fields of motion picture, television, books, music, live performance, branded entertainment, and new media.

“Our capital improvement plan has piqued the interest of varying prestigious companies and industries looking for a unique and heightened tenant experience,” said Zachary Freeman, vice president of leasing for Equity Office.

“We’re thrilled to see a world class creative and professional services company like ICM Partners diversify our tenant roster and identify with the cutting-edge amenities and modern design aesthetic we’re offering at the reimagined Park Avenue Tower.”

Brian Waterman, Jared Horowitz, Ben Shapiro, Brent Ozarowksi and Lance Korman of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank represented Equity Office, while Freeman and Scott Silverstein represented Equity Office in-house. Neil Goldmacher, Josh Friedman and Brian Goldman of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank represented ICM Partners.

Built in 1986, Park Avenue Tower is a 36-story, 620,000 s/f office building in the midst of a $40 million plus capital improvement program that includes a reinvented lobby with cutting-edge, iVisitor building technology, a new outdoor plaza  and “The Club”  20,000 s/f amenity space that will have a Technogym-equipped fitness center with an executive locker room facility, a business and recreation lounge, conference center, and a curated grab-and-go food service.
