IN PICTURES: Extell launches sales at One Manhattan Square

Brokers and guests celebrated the official sales launch for One Manhattan Square, Extell’s Vertical Village of luxury residences in development at the edge of the East River on the Lower East Side. Top brokers, including Ryan Serhant and Nikki Field, gathered at the party for a private performance from rapper/poet Rafael Casal, Hamilton’s Anthony Ramos, and musician Spencer Ludwig, a former band member of Capital Cities. Casal also dazzled the crowd with a special custom rap about living in One Manhattan Square. Developed by Extell Development Company and designed by Adamson Associates Architects, One Manhattan Square, an 80-story tower, features 815 condos offering over 100,000 square feet of every conceivable indoor and outdoor amenity. 1 – 3-bedroom residences begin at $1.15 million.
