Situated on Northern Boulevard, a busy commercial thoroughfare that sees a daily vehicle count in excess of 32,000 cars, the site is easily accessible to/from the Cross Island Parkway. Neighboring retailers include Party City, Staples, CVS/pharmacy, Helms Bros. Mercedes, Infinity of Bayside, TD Bank, Starbucks, Paris Baguette and Bareburger.

“Bayside is a high-density neighborhood and a well-established trade area with strong traffic from residents, students and commuters,” said Rosenberg.

“This new development will be ideally suited for restaurants, grocers, health and fitness studios, furniture, home furnishings and sporting goods retailers. We are actively seeking regional and national brands to complement the strong co-tenancy along Northern and Bell Boulevards that cater to this upscale neighborhood. As a result of the growing demand for retail space, this is an excellent opportunity for the owner to re-develop this long-owned property into a higher-caliber use.”

With a daytime population of 312,546 and a full-time population of 930,091 within a five-mile radius, 220-10 Northern Boulevard is spositioned to attract customers from throughout Queens and Western Nassau County.
