Rose to lease The Alexander

Rose Associates has been named the exclusive managing agent at The Alexander at Rego Center, a new luxury rental property at 61-55 Junction Boulevard in Rego Park, Queens.

The 27-story property offers 312 apartments in studio, one-, and two-bedroom layouts. Leasing is now underway, with immediate occupancy available.

Corinthian Collection debuts

Gaia Real Estate announced the unveiling of The Corinthian Collection by Andrés Escobar and the completion of the first model residence.

The Corinthian Collection is a group of 144 residences within The Corinthian Condominium, the 57-story multi-curved-facade buildingin Murray Hill.

Situated on East 38th Street and First Avenue, The Corinthian is blocks from the Chrysler Building, New York Public Library and the United Nations.

The development team tapped the Escobar to modernize the residences and all of the building’s interior hallways.

Brooklyn townhouses hit market

Halstead Property Development Marketing (HPDM) announced the launch of sales at State + Bond, located at 73-79 Bond Street in Boerum Hill, Brooklyn.

The Aguayo Team of HPDM, led by Senior Vice President and Managing Director Brendan Aguayo, is directing sales and marketing for the new development project.

Developed by Adam America Real Estate (AARE), State + Bond is comprised of five modern townhouses, each featuring more than 4,100 s/f of living space, spread over six stories.

Greystone announced that “On the Sound” is 50 percent sold.

The 43-unit waterfront condominium development on City Island is being exclusively marketed by McClellan Sotheby’s International Realty.

Designed by Kutnicki Bernstein Architects, On the Sound is a private gated community spread across five waterfront acres at 226 Fordham Place.

It hasa mix of two-, three- and four-bedroom full-floor homes ranging in size from 1,407 to 3,345 s/f with both private garage and driveway parking for each unit.

The brand-new residences include in-unit laundry and either a private garden or elevated terrace. Prices begin at $488,000.

Bridgehampton homes milestone

 Development partners Continental Ventures and Pinewood Development announced that Barn & Vine, a collection of 37 homes in Bridgehampton, has passed the 50 percent sold milestone.

The announcement comes just as Douglas Elliman Development Marketing, with sales spearheaded by Terry Thompson and Aaron Curti, launch four new style homes; The Manor, The Addison, The Montauk and The Georgica.

Homes are designed with open and airy floor plans, and top-of-the-line professional-grade appliances, features, fittings and fixtures. In addition, there is a private, heated pool set within an architecturally designed landscape.

Priced between $2,895,000 and just over $4,000,000, the houses at Barn & Vine offer membership to Chaloners at Barn & Vine, a concierge and property management service.

 

Starwood Capital / Tribeca Associates

Baccarat hits $300M in sales

 Starwood Capital Group and Tribeca Associates announced hat Baccarat Hotel & Residences New York has reached the 80 percent sold milestone.

Sales at the 50-story tower located total over $300 million to date.

Recent sales include a full-floor, four-bedroom residence for $23 million.

The building features 59 private homes atop a 114-room luxury hotel, the global flagship for Baccarat Hotels.

“This is truly an exciting sales milestone for Baccarat Hotel & Residences,” said Mark Gordon, Managing Partner of Tribeca Associates.

Douglas Elliman Development Marketing is managing all sales and marketing efforts for Baccarat Residences, which enjoy 24-hour concierge service and priority reservations at the hotel’s bar and restaurant led by Chef Shea Gallante, formerly of Cru and Ciano.

Owners also have a private in-residence dining option, as well as access to the hotel’s full-service, 10,000 s/f Spa de La Mer.
