Good things come to those who wait and, although a couple nabbed a coveted Carroll Gardens Brownstone within three weeks, it took two years for the deal to close.
Bill Sheppard at Brown Harris Stevens had listed the three story fixer-upper at 31 2nd Street for $1,600,000.
