Corcoran Sunshine Marketing Group announced that 1 Rector Park, a Battery Park condo conversion, is now 90% sold.
Tricia Hayes Cole, executive managing director at Corcoran Sunshine, “2012 was a very successful year for 1 Rector Park. We closed 57 residences totaling over $63 million in sales, more than any other development in Battery Park City and the surrounding area, proving this to be one of the most desirable residential buildings downtown.”
The development had 14 closings totaling more than $17.5 million in sales in the fourth quarter alone.
In total, 1 Rector Park had 61 new contracts signed in 2012 totaling more than $72 million in sales.
So far this year there has been an additional five closings and four new contracts signed.
According to Cole, buyers are drawn to the location in the heart of Battery Park City, the “sophisticated finishes and design, spacious layouts and wide variety of amenities.ˮ
“The property is experiencing continued demand into 2013 and we anticipate a swift completion of sales,” added Cole.
Remaining residences include studios and one bedroom units along with three-and four-bedroom homes of up to 2,636 s/f, priced from $675,000 to $2,550,000.
