Extell Development Company has debuted 1010 Park Avenue, its Upper East Side boutique condo development.

Located between 84th and 85th Streets, the building offers 11 full-floor and duplex residences and a suite of amenities.

Architecture is by Beyer Blinder Belle, interiors by David Collins Studio and occupancy is immediate.

Extell has partnered with Beth Benalloul and Hilary Landis, two top-producing Corcoran Group agents, to jointly market the residences.

1010 Park features an access-controlled elevator, providing a secure arrival into each home’s private lobby landing.

The homes range from 3,881 to 7,888 s/f with 8 by 5 ft. windows and Continental Oak Versailles parquet floors.

Amenities span three floors and include multiple social and leisure offerings, all curated by David Collins Studio. There is a lounge with a billiards and game tables, screening room, children’s playroom, a 50 ft. salt-water indoor pool and fitness center.

Pricing for full-floor, four-bedroom residences starts at $12,950,000.

Sales underway at Williamsburg boutique

Sales are underway at Minrav Development’s 21 Powers, a 14-unit boutique condo in Williamsburg.

Designed by Christopher T. Menziuso with interiors by GE-T Architects, the building is located between Lorimer Street and Union Avenue, three blocks from the G train station at Metropolitan Avenue.

It offers one- and two-bedroom simplex and duplex residences as well as three penthouses. Many of the homes have private outdoor space.

Pricing ranges from $775,000 to $1.55 million. Completion is expected for early 2019.

Brendan Aguayo, senior vice president, managing director, Halstead Property Development Marketing, is leading the building’s exclusive marketing and sales. Homes have floor-to-ceiling doors, five-inch white oak hardwood flooring, a laundry closet with high-efficiency electric washer and dryer by Bosch. Heating and cooling is provided by a zoned split system, and residences are pre-wired for cable, telephone, and data.

Downtown JC rental launches

Fields Development Group announced the launch of leasing for Quinn, its newest luxury apartment building in Downtown Jersey City’s Paulus Hook neighborhood.

Quinn a 197 Van Vorst Street in Downtown Jersey City.

Located at 197 Van Vorst Street, Quinn features 153 residences and more than 7,300 s/f of ground-floor retail.

Designed by Marchetto Higgins Stieve, the 16-story building features a mix of studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments with interiors by Fogarty Finger.

Amenities include a landscaped roof deck with pool, lounge and BBQs; 24/7 concierge; Amazon package lockers; a Transit Screen and package notification screen; a children’s play room; library; media room; solarium; and fitness center.
