Meridian Capital announced the following transactions:

  • A new mortgage in the amount of $4,680,000 on a 41-unit multifamily property located on 34th Street in Astoria, NY. The loan features a rate of 3.375 percent and a five-year term. Joseph Taub and Eric Chapek negotiated this transaction.
  • A new mortgage of $1,850,000 was placed on a 30-unit multifamily property located on Eastern Parkway in Brooklyn, NY. The loan features a rate of 3.375 percent and a five-year term. This transaction was negotiated by Chaim Tessler.
  • A new mortgage in the amount of $14,600,000 on a 122-unit multifamily property located on Bartholdi Street in the Bronx, NY. The loan features a rate of 3.5 percent and a five-year term. David Bollag negotiated this transaction.
  • A new mortgage of $7,000,000 was placed on a mixed-use property located on Smith Street in Brooklyn, NY. The loan features a rate of 3.5 percent and a five-year term. This transaction was negotiated by Shamir Seidman and Daniel Neiss.
