TRANSACTIONS: Meridian secures $14.1M Brooklyn mortgage, GCP totals $33.7M in loans

Meridian Capital announced the following transactions:
• A mortgage of $3,150,000 on an 18-unit multifamily property on Ogden Avenue in the Bronx. The loan features a rate of 3.25% and a five-year term. David Bollag and Drew Anderman negotiated this transaction.
• A mortgage of $14,150,000 on a 90-unit multifamily on Woodruff Avenue in Brooklyn, NY. The loan features a rate of 3.375% and a five-year term. This transaction was negotiated by Judah Hammer and Daniel Neiss.
• A mortgage of $4,785,000 on a 28-unit multifamily property on Lincoln Place in Brooklyn. The loan features a rate of 3.375% and a five-year term. Judah Hammer and Daniel Neiss negotiated this loan
• A mortgage of $3,540,000 on a 32-unit multifamily property on Nostrand Avenue in Brooklyn,. The loan features a rate of 3.375% and a five-year term. This transaction was negotiated by Judah Hammer and Daniel Neiss.
• A mortgage of $6,720,000 on a 56-unit multifamily property on John F. Kennedy Boulevard in Bayonne, NJ. The loan features a rate of 3.45% and a five-year term. Zev Feder and Adam Ehrenreich negotiated this transaction.

GCP Capital Group arranged mortgage financing in the aggregate amount of $33,750,000 for the following properties:

• $8,100,000 for a five-story multifamily building containing 48 units, located on Sheridan Avenue in the Bronx, New York. Adam Brostovski, principal, arranged the financing.
• $6,700,000 for three contiguous six-story multifamily buildings containing a total of 141 units and 6,000 s/f of commercial space, in Woodside, Queens. Paul Greenbaum, managing member, arranged the financing.
• $6,250,000 for a 51-unit, six-story multifamily building on Ellwood Street in Manhattan. Stephen Katz, managing director, arranged the financing.
• $4,200,000 for a six-story multifamily building containing 24 units, on Ocean Avenue in Brooklyn. Matthew Albano, managing director, arranged the financing for this transaction.
