Leasing underway at The Lewis

Douglas Elliman Development Marketing (DEDM) has launched leasing at The Lewis, the new rental building at 411 West 35th Street.
Located at the intersection of Hudson Yards and Chelsea, the property has been developed by West 35th Street SBXLVI, LLC a joint venture affiliate of Joy Construction and MADDD Equities with interiors designed by INC Architecture & Design.

The Lewis has 186 studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom homes starting from approximately $3,000 per month.

Douglas Elliman Development Marketing is the exclusive leasing and marketing agent.

DGSIR takes reins at Roslyn Landing

Daniel Gale Sotheby’s International Realty has been named as the exclusive marketing and sales team for Roslyn Landing, a new luxury condominium development in the village of Roslyn.

Roslyn Landing features two- and three-story townhomes, flat-over-flat condominiums and single family homes designed in a classic architectural style.

Henley on Hudson enters home strait

Buyers are moving into the final phase of homes at Henley on Hudsone, with 30 of the 67 modern condominium residences now closed.

With earlier phases of the 201-home waterfront community already completed and sold out, the new residential collection represents the final opportunities to reside within Henley on Hudson.
