SL Green Realty Corp. has signed a 15-year, 40,075 s/f lease with Pride Global Finance, LLC and Pride Technologies, LLC, a global IT and human capital solutions and advisory firm, for the entire 31st, 30th and portion of the 29th floors at 420 Lexington Avenue, aka the Graybar Building.
“We were delighted to once again work with Pride which has expanded numerous times over the past 5 years,” said Steven Durels, SL Green’s Executive Vice President, Director of Leasing and Real Property who added,“Pride is a perfect example of SL Green’s ability to accommodate our tenants changing space needs within our portfolio of buildings.”
Located directly on top of Grand Central Terminal at the intersection of Lexington Avenue and 43rd Street, the Graybar Building is a 31-story, 1.5 million square foot landmarked Art Deco office tower. Other prominent tenants include New York Life Insurance, Metro-North Commuter Railroad Co. and SL Green Realty Corp.
Bert Rosenblatt, Leo Russell, Jr. and Andrew Stein of Vicus Partners LLC represented the tenant in the transaction.
