Real estate finance and investment firm Dwight Capital signed a 10-year lease for 20,000 s/f at The Georgetown Company’s 787 11th Avenue.
The developer announced today that the real estate finance and investment firm will take over the remaining available space on the top floor of the building.
Asking rent for the 10th floor spacewas $85/square foot. Dwight Capital was represented by Daniel Posy of Savills Studley. Mary Ann Tighe, Evan Haskell, Arkady Smolyansky, Ben Joseph and Ross Zimbalist of CBRE are leading the leasing effort for the renovated property.

The Georgetown Company completely redeveloped the Hell’s Kitchen building, which was designed by Rafael Vinoly. The company said they have received “significant” interest form potential tenants for the remaining available space on floors 6 – 8 in the building.
Existing tenants in the building include auto brands Jaguar, Land Rover, and Nissan/Infiniti dealerships.
The developer also released a video in conjunction with the announcement that highlights the redevelopment of the property. Among the changes to the building included adding two additional floors to the building, renovating the existing upper floors into Class A office space, and adding a 12,000 s/f rooftop amenity space for tenants.
