NEW DEVELOPMENT: New Woolworth Tower renderings; Renzo Piano tower hits market

New renderings have been released for Alchemy Properties’ Woolworth Tower Residences.
Stan Ponte and Joshua Judge from Sotheby’s International Realty are leading sales of the residences, which occupy the upper 30 floors of the famed tower at 2 Park place that was originally designed by Cass Gilbert in 1913.
The 33 loft-like residences have been reimagined into contemporary homes by interior architect Thierry Despont.
The residences range in price from $4.575 million for a one-bedroom to $26.4 million for a full floor residence.
Woolworth Tower Residences has on-site parking in the building’s attended garage, 24-hour doorman and concierge, pool with spa, sauna and hot tub.
The Gilbert Lounge is an exclusive entertainment salon located on the 29th floor. There is also a wine cellar with a tasting room for residents.

● DELANCEY STREET ASSOCIATES
Sale launch at 242 Broome
broomeDelancey Street Associates announced the official sales launch at 242 Broome Street, part of the Essex Crossing development on Manhattan’s Lower East Side.
Essex Crossing is being developed by Delancey Street Associates, which comprises Taconic Investment Partners, BFC Partners and L+M Development Partners. Goldman Sachs is also an equity partner on the project.
242 Broome is a 14-story, 55-unit building designed by SHoP Architects with interior design by DXA Studio. Douglas Elliman is exclusively handling the marketing and sales for the project.
The building is currently under construction and expected to be complete by early 2018.
Residences range from one to three bedrooms and include three ultra-luxury penthouses with outdoor space.
Prices range from $1,275,000 to over $7,000,000.

Renzo Piano tower hits market

Bizzi & Partners Development, Aronov Development and Halpern Real Estate Ventures have launched sales at 565 Broome SoHO.
The 30-story, 290 ft. tall structure marks the very first New York City residential project for the Pritzker Prize winning architect Renzo Piano.

Douglas Elliman Development Marketing is overseeing the marketing and sales. Interiors are by Parisian design firm RDAI.
Residents enter the building via the gated motor court with its circular driveway and automated parking system.
Studios start at just under $1 million. Full-floor, four-bedroom homes are priced at around $20 million.
Pricing on the duplex and penthouse residences have not yet been released.
