“It is not often we come across a buyer who loves the building and has their heart set on living there,ˮ said Matson.

“My buyers followed through our plan with incredible determination, which took patience, understanding, and the importance of having their ducks in order.

“They were loyal and had considered other apartments in the building, but came to me to represent them. And because of our team work, the buyers got what they wanted.ˮ

Matson found her buyers a 1,025 s/f apartment at Plaza 400, at 400 East 56th Street — $49,000 under ask.

The one bedroom, 1-5 bath unit 25J was listed at $899,999 by Douglas Elliman’s Arlene Hochstate. The deal went to contract after a week on the market.
