Warburg Realty announced that top-producing broker Camille Duvall-Hero has been named director of sales for the firm’s soon-to-launch Flatiron office.
A top broker at Warburg Realty for over 12 years, Camille will bring her talents and experience to this new leadership role as she heads the firm’s new 50-agent office.
Named one of the 100 Greatest Female Athletes of the Century by Sports Illustrated, Duvall-Hero is a five-time World Champion and Hall of Fame water-skier.
Within a year of her entry into the real estate industry, she was honored by the Real Estate Board of New York for the Deal of the Year award.
Located at 18 West 21st Street, Warburg’s Flatiron office expands the firm’s Manhattan footprint in alocation intersecting the Flatiron District and Chelsea.
The soon-to-open 5,000 square foot space features collaborative work spaces inspired by the creative and tech industries.
Also joining the Flatiron office are David Salvatore, a former agent at TOWN Residential, and James C. McDonough, who recently brokered the $14.7 million sale of Leonard Stern’s Soho penthouse and whose current listings include a four-bedroom, $7.995 million penthouse at 101 Leonard Street.
Mirador Real Estate announce it has rolled principal broker of Metropads, Andrew Vidokle and another of the firm’s top agents, Andrew Rose, into its firm.
MetroPads, a boutique real estate brokerage founded in 2013 with about a dozen agents, shuttered its Manhattan office earlier this month.
Andrew Vidokle comes to Mirador with five years of real estate experience, including a stint at Spire Group prior to founding MetroPads.
He participated in over 400 residential transactions, including his team’s closing of $7 million in sales while heading MetroPads last year.
Andrew Rose accompanies Vidokle to Mirador from MetroPads with an impressive track record for being still relatively new to the business.
Citi Habitats has welcomed Christopher Young to his new role as Director of Advertising and Marketing for the firm.
Young will be responsible for maximizing the company’s brand awareness through the creation of marketing campaigns, social media outreach, event planning, and helping Citi Habitats’ agents effectively market their respective businesses.
Prior to joining the firm, Young spent three-and-a-half years as the Marketing and Advertising Manager at Stribling and Associates, where he oversaw all marketing and advertising initiatives for the brokerage. Before that, he was the Marketing Manager for Brown Harris Stevens.
Young also held marketing positions for an architecture and design firm, as well as an entertaining marketing company, before he began working in the real estate industry.
A graduate of the University of Oklahoma with a B.A. in Journalism, Young currently resides in Greenwich Village.
Brown Harris Stevens announced that seasoned real estate professional Michelle Weissman has joined the firm as a licensed associate real estate broker.
Weissman began her real estate career in the early part of the decade working at one of the top-producing offices in Los Angeles.
She most recently was affiliated with The Corcoran Group. She is a licensed salesperson in the State of New York, as well as the State of California.
Weissman works across price ranges, while keeping cognizant of quality and value. Her clients include celebrities and business leaders in finance, media and entertainment.
Mirador Real Estate announced it has hired Revin Kittles, a former managing director of Mark David and 16-year New York City real estate veteran.
Kittles began his career at Manhattan Apartments working mostly with the city’s smaller landlords.
He then worked at City Sites and began developing relationships with many of the city’s biggest landlords and management firms.
He became one of the original agents at Mark David and Company in 2003 where he worked for nine years — six of which he was managing director, closing over 10,000 rental transactions.
Kittles holds a BA in Political Science and a Masters in Public Administration from Georgia Southern University.

Samir Mahadin closed more than $12 million in his first year in the industry and nearly double the total by his second year.
A native New Yorker, he specializes in luxury real estate across all of Manhattan’s many boroughs, demonstrating a keen eye for value. Samir has established strong relationships with sellers, developers, and buyers while his expertise and market knowledge are sought by many.
Born in New York and raised in Mexico and Spain, Emiliano Acevedo has an insider’s knowledge of the city coupled with a deep understanding of both foreign and native clients.
Early in his career, Acevedo managed a boutique real estate firm where his responsibilities ranged from brokerage to property management, and from gut renovations to running a small business.
Exposed to the full spectrum of the industry, Acevedo gained a wide perspective and holistic understanding of the business from every side of a transaction.
