Ingram & Hebron, a Brooklyn-based commercial real estate brokerage firm, announced the appointment of Caroline Pardo as principal and broker.
Pardo will use her owner and tenant representation experience to identify prospective tenants for the firm’s listings. She also will be responsible for creating ongoing new business opportunities with both landlords and tenants.
Prior to joining Ingram & Hebron, Pardo served as director of leasing at Jamestown, focusing primarily on Industry City, where she helped launch the redevelopment of six million square feet on 30 acres of industrial property.
During her tenure, she leased over 500,000 square feet of retail, industrial and office space.
Earlier in her career, Pardo held several positions at Two Trees Management Co., most recently as managing director for its commercial leasing division.
She attended Hofstra University, where she studied speech communications and rhetorical studies.
Pardo serves as co-chairperson of both the Brooklyn Chamber of Commerce real estate development group and the Brooklyn Historical Society real estate roundtable.

CBRE Group, Inc. announced the formation of Occupier Advisory and Transaction Services to enhance the delivery of transaction related services for occupier clients across the Americas.
Whitley Collins has been named Americas President of Occupier Advisory and Transaction Services.
Collins, who previously served as Occupier Brokerage Leader for the Americas, will have overall responsibility for Occupier Advisory and Transaction Services.
Collins serves on CBRE’s Americas Executive Committee and Americas Operations Management Board. In 2003, he received CBRE’s William H. McCarthy Award, the company’s highest honor, which signifies a commitment to integrity, teamwork and professional excellence. He received a Bachelor of Arts from the University of California, San Diego.
Darcy Mackay has been named Chief Operating Officer of Occupier Advisory and Transaction Services. Mackay, who previously served as Global Head of Transaction Management and Portfolio Services, will be responsible for the delivery of CBRE’s full suite of advisory and transaction services for its occupier clients and professionals.
She will also continue to lead the Global Advisory & Transactions platform that serves CBRE’s largest occupier clients through its Global Corporate Services business.
Mackay has nearly 20 years of experience in corporate and commercial real estate and has been with CBRE for 15 years. She is a member of CoreNet Global and Commercial Real Estate Women.
She serves on CBRE’s Americas Operations Management Board. She holds a Bachelor of Arts, cum laude, from Harvard University, where she was a John Harvard and Elizabeth Cary Agassiz Scholar.
She also earned her Master of Public Policy degree, with an emphasis in real estate and land use economics, from the Goldman School of Public Policy at the University of California, Berkeley.

Cushman & Wakefield has promoted eight brokerage professionals within the practice area.
Alan Schmerzler was promoted to Executive Vice President; Andrew Kahn, Jonathan Scibilia and Steven Soutendijk were promoted to Executive Director; Ian Lerner, Christopher Schwart and Christian Stanton were promoted to Director; and Jesse Hutcher was promoted to Associate Director.

National Cooperative Bank (NCB) announced that Don Plank has joined as Assistant Vice President, Association Banking.
Plank brings nearly ten years of experience in community association management.
Prior to joining NCB, Plank worked for the Community Management Corporatio, where he managed site operations for a large high-rise condominium. Previously, he worked with Coldwell Banker Commercial Realtors.
Plank has a bachelor’s degree in agriculture from The Ohio State University and a master’s degree in education from Vanderbilt University.

Robin Judson Partners has welcomed Drew Mandler to the team as a Managing Director.
Mandler will serve as a senior recruiter on the Robin Judson Partners team focused on Capital Markets and Financial Services.
A former principal of the boutique recruiting firm Searchman Group and one-time Managing Director and Partner at Smith Hanley Associates, Mandler brings an extensive network and 25 years of experience working across sectors with banks, hedge funds and trading operations to Robin Judson Partners.
A graduate of The State University of New York at Binghamton, Mandler holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology.

Bryan Cave LLP announced that Judith Gallent has been named to head the Land Use Team in the New York office.
A partner and co-founder of the group, Gallent has been with Bryan Cave for more than 20 years.
She is experienced in all aspects of the land use process including zoning, environmental impact review, air rights transfers, and obtaining discretionary land use approvals from the New York City Planning Commission, Board of Standards and Appeals, and the Landmarks Preservation Commission.
Bryan Cave’s Land Use Team recently expanded to include a number of professionals with significant experience in the public sector.
James Colgate is a former assistant commissioner for technical affairs and code development at the New York City Department of Buildings.
Jed Weiss is an urban planner and the former executive zoning specialist at the New York City Department of Buildings.
And, Phyllis Arnold was the former deputy commissioner for enforcement and legal affairs and general counsel at the New York City Department of Buildings for more than a decade.

TerraCRG announced that Kirill Galperin has joined the team as Multifamily and Mixed Use Associate.
Before joining TerraCRG, Kirill was an associate in the Commercial Sales Division at Halstead Property for more than two years, where he concentrated on the sale of multifamily and mixed use assets. 
Prior to Halstead, he honed his negotiation skills and client-focused approach as a commercial insurance adjuster in the Construction Risk division at AIG.
Kirill graduated from Baruch College with his Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Management.
Originally born in Belarus, Kirill emigrated to the United States with his family when he was six years old. He speaks English and Russian.

SL Green Realty Corp. announced that Maggie Hui has been named the company’s Chief Accounting Officer (CAO), effective January 1, 2015. She will oversee the finance, accounting and human resources departments of the Company.
Hui succeeds Matthew J. DiLiberto, who assumes his new position as SL Green’s Chief Financial Officer on the same date.
Hui, who currently serves as Senior Vice President and Corporate Controller, has been with SL Green for 10 years. She joined the company in September 2004 as Vice President, and in 2007 was promoted to her current position.
Before joining SL Green, Hui was Vice President and Controller at Acadia Realty Trust from 1995 to 2004 where she was a key member of the financial management team at the time that company became a real estate investment trust.
She had previously held positions at a public accounting firm and a private real estate investment firm.
She is a graduate of Binghamton University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting.

Massey Knakal Realty Services announced five new hires.
Mitchell Hammer joined the firm as an analyst. He will be working alongside Stephen P. Palmese and his sales team.
Prior to Massey Knakal, Mitchell was a Financial Analyst Intern at Meridian Capital Group. He also spent time at Vornado and Thalheim Capital.
Hammer earned his Master of Business Administration degree in Real Estate and Finance from Baruch College’s Zicklin School of Business. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and Management, graduating Summa Cum Laude from Touro College.
Tyler King joined the firm as a Retail Leasing Associate.
Prior to Massey Knakal, King was a Guest Services Coordinator for Ralph Lauren Men’s Flagship Store. Earlier he was a trainee at the NY Investment Banking Institute and a Project Services Intern at New Frontier Capital Advisors in New York, NY.
He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Spanish from Denison University.
McNally “Mac” Lee joined the Brooklyn division as an Associate, working alongside Stephen P. Palmese and his sales team.
Prior to Massey Knakal, Mac worked in Business Development at Healthy Business Group LLC in Sag Harbor, NY. Earlier, he was an Intern at Massey Knakal.
He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Institutional Politics with a Concentration in English and Philosophy at Bates College. He also studied at Charles University in Prague, Czech Republic.
William “Billy” Simons joined the firm as a Senior Associate. He will be working alongside Brock Emmetsberger, focusing on Chelsea.
Prior to Massey Knakal, Simons worked at George Simons & Son, a family owned concierge jewelry business.
Prior to that, he spent two years in private equity with Terroir Capital. He also previously spent time at Massey Knakal, working alongside James Nelson. Simons earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics with a Pre-Business minor from New York University.
Barclay Smyly has joined the firm as a Retail Leasing Associate. He will be working alongside Dylan Murphy, focusing on Manhattan’s Midtown West/Clinton neighborhood.
Prior to Massey Knakal, Barclay worked as a Licensed Real Estate Agent at Bond New York Properties LLC in New York, NY. Earlier, Smyly worked as a Licensed Real Estate Agent at Platinum Properties in New York.
He earned his Bachelor of Fashion Design and Apparel Studies degree at Western Michigan University.

The New Jersey Apartment Association announced that Nichole F. LoPresti has joined the organization as senior vice-president of government affairs and special events.
LoPresti comes to NJAA with more than a decade of government affairs experience.
Prior to joining NJAA, she was vice president of Tonio Burgos & Associates of New Jersey. She also spent several years as a lobbyist for Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey.
LoPresti earned a bachelor’s degree from Mount St. Mary’s University and a master’s degree from Villanova University.
Ira Meister, President and CEO of Matthew Adam Propertied, announced that Richard Riano has been appointed Chief Financial Officer of the company.
Riano is responsible for the financial operations of the company and the properties it manages.
Prior to joining Matthew Adam Properties, Riano was a senior accountant with Prisand, Melina, Unterlack & Co., LLP, a Long Island real estate accounting firm.
Previously, he was an accounting supervisor at Aries Global Logistics.
He is a graduate of Queens College of the City University of New York with a B.A. in accounting.

Rose Associates announced that two of its veteran Managing Directors have been promoted to Senior Managing Director positions.
Mitchell S. Gelberg, who has been with Rose for 20 years, has been named Senior Managing Director, Multi-Family Portfolio.
Gelberg will oversee operations for Rose’s rental portfolio, including property management and leasing.
Mark Motley, a Rose officer for 10 years, has been named Senior Managing Director, Owner-Occupied and Institutional Portfolio. Motley will focus his efforts on cooperatives, condos and cond-ops.
He will also oversee management of residential buildings owned by Rose’s medical and educational clients.
