Toll Brothers City Living has completed pouring concrete for the top floor of 1100 Maxwell Place, its newest addition to Hoboken’s waterfront community. The building is on schedule to begin move-ins spring 2014.
Sales during construction have been brisk, with over 40% sold three months after the sales office officially opened.
“We’re really grateful to our current homeowners, as well as the real estate agents in Hoboken for helping us spread the word about the new building, even before we broke ground last year,” said Henry Waller, vice president of the Toll Brothers City Living New Jersey Division.
“In fact, one third of our sales to date have been repeat buyer and referrals from family and friends.
Homes in the 12-story building located at 1100 Maxwell Lane (at 11th and Hudson Streets) are priced starting in the $500,000s for a studio to over $1 million for a three bedroom.
