John G. Udell, president, announced that senior vice president, Ronald M. Mahr celebrates this year 35 years as a member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR).
Being a SIOR member is a prestigious professional designation representing the highest level of knowledge, production and ethics in the industry.
Mahr joined SIOR in 1978; and in 2009 was inducted into SIOR’s “Legacy Circle” in Toronto, Canada. He served a five-year term as a national director of SIOR and as chairman of the Public Relations and Advertising Committee. In 1990, he was the president of the New Jersey Chapter of SIOR.
Mahr has had a long and successful career in real estate personally selling and leasing over 10 million square feet of commercial buildings.
He specializes in the sale and lease of industrial, retail and office properties throughout Northern New Jersey.

Joshua Kopelowitz joined Rosenberg & Estis in 2007. He represents developers, landlords, co-ops and condominiums, and tenants of commercial and residential properties.
Kopelowitz provides legal services in all aspects of real estate including leasing, rent regulatory issues, alternative dispute resolution and litigation.
Kopelowitz received a bachelor’s degree from Indiana University and his juris doctorate from Brooklyn Law School. He is licensed to practice law in New York.
Dani Schwartz joined Rosenberg & Estis in 2008. His practice focuses on real estate litigation and appeals, including foreclosures, breach of contract, commercial and residential landlord/tenant and co-op/condo disputes, class actions, development rights, and collection actions.
Schwartz received a bachelor’s degree from Cornell University and his juris doctorate from The George Washington University Law School. He is a member of the New York State Bar Association and is licensed to practice law in New York.
Brett Theis joined Rosenberg & Estis in 2008 after serving with the New York City Law Department, where he was awarded for his outstanding achievement in commercial and real estate litigation as a first year attorney by the Corporation Counsel.
Theis received a bachelor’s degree from West Chester University and his juris doctorate from Villanova University School of Law. He is a member of the New York State Bar Association and is licensed to practice law in New York.
Zetlin & De Chiara LLP announced that the firm has promoted Bill Chimos to partner and Jaimee Nardiello to principal.
Bill P. Chimos joined Zetlin & De Chiara in 2002. He represents architects, engineers, design professionals, contractors, construction managers, owners, developers, and others in the construction industry.
He has lectured on construction issues and has conducted seminars for various industry organizations. He received his J.D. from the St. John’s University, School of Law and his B.S. from New York University, Stern School of Business.
Jaimee Nardiello joined Zetlin & De Chiara in 2008 as an associate, and has represented design professionals, contractors and construction managers in both litigation and non-litigation construction-related matters.
She manages complex, multi-million dollar construction cases from inception to trial and prepares contracts for high-profile construction projects throughout the New York City area.
Nardiello was recently awarded a Fellowship by the American Bar Association, Forum on the Construction Industry, where she serves as a member of the Design Division Steering Committee.
L&L Holding Company LLC, has hired three new vice presidents of development.
Jonathan Ninnis, who most recently served as senior project manager at VVA Project Managers and Consultants, will be responsible for managing several of L&L’s major new initiatives, including the repositioning of 222 Broadway and the retail redevelopment of 195 Broadway.
Ninnis, who started his career at Cushman & Wakefield, graduated from New Jersey Institute of Technology in Newark, NJ with a Bachelor’s of Architecture degree.
Scott Lakow, who previously served as project executive for Atlantic Development Group, will be responsible for the repositioning of 114 Fifth Avenue.
Prior to L&L, he managed and directed several revitalization, retail, corporate interiors, and both residential and commercial ground-up projects throughout the metropolitan New York area.
Lakow received his MSCE in Construction Management & Real Estate Development from the Georgia Institute of Technology and earned his Bachelors of Architecture degree from Pratt Institute.
Jeffrey Davis has successfully managed over $4 billion worth of large-scale projects internationally and domestically.
Prior to L&L, he served as director of project management for Gardiner & Theobald, Inc., where he completed core and shell development projects for such prominent Manhattan buildings as 100 Park Avenue.
He earned a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Kansas and attended graduate level studies at New York University’s Shack Institute of Real Estate. Davis is leading the redevelopment of 380 Madison Avenue.

Seth Leiderman joins the Long Island leasing team as a vice president.
He joins RXR after 11 years at Colliers International LI Inc. Leiderman began his career in the securities industry as a retail broker and eventually an over-the-counter trader for Merrill Lynch.
He is a graduate of The Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Arts in History.
Lauren Ferrentino joins RXR’s Manhattan Division as an assistant vice president.
Ferrentino comes from RXR’s New Jersey Division, which she joined three years ago. She began her real estate career as a leasing analyst and marketing specialist.
A graduate of Saint Joseph’s University in Philadelphia with a Bachelor of Science.
Axel Andersonhas joined the New Jersey Division as a leasing associate.
Before coming to RXR, Anderson was a client services specialist for CBRE Group, Inc. Before that, he was an office leasing broker with CBRE Group.

He is also an attorney licensed in Texas and Illinois. He has nearly 20 years of experience in representing clients on real estate, property tax, credit & incentives and real estate structuring issues.
