The Durst Organization announced that H&M has a signed a 20-year lease for 42,500 s/f on three floors at the retail space at 4 Times Square. Previously leased to the ESPN Zone, the space offers over 165 feet of street frontage on the northeast corner of 42nd Street and Broadway at the entrance to Times Square.

In addition to the retail space, the deal provides for H&M to brand the four 70’ x 70’ signs at the top of 4 Times Square as well as two commercial street level signs including a curved sign at the corner of 42nd and Broadway measuring 108’ x 42’ and a Broadway sign measuring 78’ x 60’. This combination of sign locations provides visibility for H&M from the street, from across Times Square and from around the City and the region. The roof top signs will be visible from every direction on the New York City skyline.
